i am getting the following error after creating a social application for SAP Social services. when i save the document in CRM and select an eligibility determination on the social application, the error pasted below comes up.also in smq2 of CRM system i get the document is in sysfail state and the Bdoc error is ERP ADAPTER IS CALLED. Please assist
