Bdoc with bankdata change between identical bankdata

We have IS-U with a CRM combined, and it is possible to save a bankdata change as following in IS-U by using fpp4:

This leads to a red bdoc with error R1 228 (Bankverbindung im Gültigkeitszeitraum nicht eindeutig)

Although CRM has the ibanonly flag = X (IS-U doesnt), there is a validation of bkvid 0002 which is inserted first against 0001, which still has a validto date of 31.12.99 in CRM.

I think this is a bug and would like to have your opinion of it.
