there was a client copy in the production server which left some queues in error state
"Logical System is not defined in table SMOF_ERPSH!" the table was updated. i also update tables CRMPLS and CRMMLSGUID. however, upon debugging the queues, the FM BAPI_CRM_SAVE header data is pointing to the wrong logical system and i have failed to change it.

Can i delete the queues in SMQ1 and do a generation job to update the missing BPs in the CRM system?
