How to load newly created sales office and sales group from ECC to CRM

Hello experts,

I have a requirement to assign the newly created sales office and groups in CRM org structure. But the values are not available in the F4 help to assign in PPOMA_CRM.

We already loaded the ECC sales structure using the report CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE. I hope the Changes in the ERP sales structure are not transferred again through this report.

Now how can i assign the newly created sales Office and group in the Org structure?

Is there any way that i can download these org details through adopter objects and can i assign them later?

Kindly help, this is bit urgent from our end.
