Account hierarchy in CRM

Hello *,

we need to create account hierarchies in CRM w/o ERP-Integration.

I've maintained authorizaton object CRM_BUHI and it generally works.

In customizing I find hierarchy types 01, C1, EM & PH delivered by SAP.

When creating a new account hierarchy only C1 is available and mandatory. When authorizating 01 as Default type and no more the System throwing an authorization error.

Trying sap_all gives same result.

What do I have to do to be able to create account hierarchies of type 01?
