I am facing one of the issue in extracting pricing data from CRM to PI:
Here is the scenario: There were around 1000 products which were locked in CRM couple of days back. As client wanted to unlock them to extract pricing data, all 1000 products have been unlocked. So after unlocking, when users triggered pricing data from Product Catalog, none of the products have successfully extracted and the blank xml went to PI. When they extracted next day only 35 products out of 1000 flew to PI. This continued day by day as 60, 115, 150, and finally reached 200 now. However business is in a hurry that they need pricing data right away, i am facing the issue.
Being non CRM guy i really appreciate all of yours expert advice.
One more thing is that extraction procedure from CRM is by downloading xml export using Product Catalog. Tcode is comm_pcat_export and after that filling the fields like : Product Catalog, Catalog Variant, Catalog View and Business partner. We download using business partner.
Checked Condition type, Pricing Procedure.. Everything looks good. but for some products pricing data is downloading; for some it is not. for example:
it is 5* series products. for 510000 to 510005 extraction is happening. For 510006, 510007 it is not happening and so on..
