Item category for Financial (Leasing) products in SAP CRM

Hello SAP CRM Friends,

I am needing to create a lease contract in SAP CRM with a financial product.  I tried creating financial products with item categories LEAS, LEAB, FS31 and FS32.

LEAS and LEAB are throwing an ABAP dump while FS31 and FS32 are directly getting converted from financial product to normal product(material) in the lease contract.

Appreciate your help in choosing the right item category for the leasing product so that I can complete the leasing contract.
