Texts/Notes Entered in BP/Account to ECC Customer Master

Hi Gurus,

Wanted to know if we can replicate the notes maintained in BP/Account in SAP CRM to SAP ECC system ?

If yes, can some one shed some light of what middle ware settings i need to make sure this works.

I need it specifically from SAP CRM to SAP ECC, not from SAP ECC to SAP CRM.
