Replicate existing customers from CRM to ECC

Dear All,

I have an existing BP grouping suppose Z11 in CRM system and there are customers created in it.

Now my requirement is to replicate this customers in ECC system. I didn't had account group Z11 in ECC, I

created it but still customer is not replicating.

Note : I already have another account group and BP grouping Z123 in both systems in which customer is getting replicated.

So all basic settings for replicating customer is there and it is working successfully,

but not working for this account group Z11.

I think something is missed by me..

Kindly help to resolve.
