We are creating quotation in SAP ECC system and displaying in CRM system. Also we have option to create the option of creating ECC quotation from SAP CRM system. Now we want to send the reminder mail from sap crm system for ECC quotation on 15 days before quotation expiry date. I know how to send the reminder mail for SAP CRM quotaion. But can anybody tell me the procedure to send the reminder mail for ECC quotation from SAP CRM system?
