We're implementing auto e-mail notifications to managers and team leads based solely on the priority of a ticket at different points in time while the ticket is open. We've already set up most of the settings in the action definitions and conditions but I just realized that we need to include the relationship type (preceding or next document) in the expressions.
Can anyone give us an idea on how to incorporate the relationship type within the action condition? We need to include it as a condition since we want the auto e-mails to be triggered only for the parent transactions. Is there a standard container element that we can use?
