Territory Management (TM) for Accounts?

Hello *,

 

am I right with my assumption that the TM does only take part in authorizations concerning transactions?

We are looking for a solution to design the assignment of sales representatives to their accounts what we handle by using relationships. But additionally there are several several superiors.

 

Example-Organizational-Structure:

 

Org.-unit: SALES MANAGEMENT

Position: SalesManager (general)

Position: Semi-SalesManager

Position. SalesRep1

Position. SalesRep2

Position. SalesRep3

Position. SalesRep4

 

The SalesManager is responsible for all SalesRep and there transactions and relations to accounts including the Semi-SalesManager.

The Semi-SalesManager himself is only resposonsible for SalesRep1 and SalesRep2. He needs to see/change all there accounts and transactions.

 

--> For transactions this is manageable with TM but concerning the assigned of relationships it doesn't seem to work.

 

 

Any ideas?
