Hi Team,
To create a BP with Consumer role - Intially it has to be set up in the system with the reference consumer ( Some BP ) - in case if there is no reference , system will not allow you to create bp with consumer role.
Hence i have gone to Tcode - CRMC_BUPA_CONSUMand given a BP . Unfortunately , SAP has restricted this field to give the value for only once, You cannot edit it and replace with another BP. Problem was the reference BP it has maintained with the Sales area data.
So when i start createing New BP with consumer role - By default it is coming with the sales area which i have maintained in the reference BP , which i dont want to maintain that sales area for New consumer . I'm not able to delete in Reference BP or new BP consumer.
IMG Path - CRM - Master data - Basic settings - Maintain Reference Business Partner for Consumers.
The following is the expecation.
1. How to delete the Sales are of the Reference BP or
2. How to replace with the new BP or
3. Would like to know
a. This is the issue in the Development - When we transport from Dev - QA - Would it be transported. ?
b. If we do the client copy from Dev to QA - Would it be transported. ?
I would expect this shouldn't be transported to Quality , as im not sending any records and is my assumption is correct ?
If the same refence customer is getting updated in the method of transprot 3a or 3b - it would be a problem.
Can any encountered this issues
