Material queue stuck in CRM Inbound with msg "CRM_PRODUCT_API006"

We are facing some issues in material delta queues, which are stuck in CRM inbound queue. Error message in SMW01 is:

Distr.-chain-specific ERP material status ZS could not be interpreted

Message no. CRM_PRODUCT_API006

Diagnosis

When materials are transferred, the system needs to know how to interpret the ERP field Distribution-Chain-Specific Material Status in the sales data. This requires the corresponding Customizing data to have been transferred.

Procedure

Transfer the middleware object DNL_CUST_PROD3 for the class CUSTOMIZING.

 

I have already done initial download for all material customizing objects and all table entries are available in CRMATAB in ECC. Still these queues are getting into SYSFAIL. Couldn’t find the issue. Already refered to note 1683574. Please Help.
