Hi All,
We are working on initial download of customers. After the intial download customers are not avaialble in table BUT000 or in BP transaction.
The table entries can be seen in table CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO with GUId with business partner numbers. But account group is missing there.
Business partners are not available in BP or in BUT000 table.
Queues are clear. Initial download shows green status. LAso, there are no failed bdocs.
May I please get resolution on this. If someone can suggest a note for this or any other workaround it will really help.
