Equipment attachement to existing IBase

Dear All,

I have a requirement of attaching equipment flowed from ECC to existing IBASE in CRM, to achieve equipment hierarchy.

I went through different posts and found some function modules.

1. One of the function module is CRM_IBASE_COMP_MOVE .

        Here I am passing passing parameters I_COMP-INSTANCE , I_NEW_FATHER-INSTANCE, I_NEW_FATHER-IBASE.

   But after execution I am getting error "IBase component does not exist at the time specified".

  What would be the reason. ?

2. Other function module is CRM_IBASE_COMP_CREATE. But I don't understand how to implement this function module? Which data need to pass ?
