We have following issue:-
1. Bdocs in CRM are not processing automatically due to this no records are coming in Delta load in BW.
2.Is it right to delete TRFC* tables entries ? Will it affect CRM Application means inconsistency will come or not?
Our Analysis:-
We have done some R&D and got some information:-
1.There are huge number of entries in INBOUND QUEUE so it fails to execute SMQ2 t-code as max time out are over.
2.Then we checked TRFC tables which data details are:-
TRFCQDATA 15,798,003
TRFCQSTATE 12,063,032
TRFCQIN 160,405,099
3. We are advised to delete these entries but this affect the CRM Application.
Our Scenariao:-
We have standalone CRM System (not R/3) which is connected with BW7.0 only.
Please provide a correct solution.
