Getting the above errors while replicating sales orders to ECC from CRM. The connection test and authorization tests are working between the 2 communication users. Changes made in filters for adaptor ojects are successfully maintained. Initial load is activated for business partners (bupa_main). But initial is not getting activated for BUS_TRANS_MSG and PRODUCT_MAT. Also synchronizing loads are not getting activated. There is an error message saying specify source site and target site, even though the sites are already given.
When the qrfc is reprocessed, the error is changed to sent to receivers(not all have confirmed).

I have maintained the values in tables in ecc and maintained same numbers ranges and transaction type. Experts please throw some light on this issue.
