Clientside Groupware-Integration: Meeting request problem

Hi,

we are using Clientside GWI 10.30.01.05 and we have the following problem.

When we get a meetign request from an external user, the new appointment is not transferred to CRM.

Although it's marked for CRM and an Account and a responsible employeee  is assigned.

Does any one knows, if it works at all to synchronize external Meeting requests?
