Sales Order Delta Flow

Hello Experts,

I had set up the middleware connectivity between CRM and ECC system.

Customizing,Conditions and Master data are replicated into CRM.

I want the sales orders created in CRM flow to ECC and vice versa.

Transaction types and Item categories are perfectly maintained in both systems, even the number ranges too.

For the delta load to be active, do I need to run the "SALES DOCUMENT" adapter object or without running this adapter object flow happens automatically..?
