Creating a Copy of Organisation Structure in a new client

Dear Experts;

I need a small advise on creating a copy of Organisation Structure in a new client.

We have SAP CRM 5.0.

We want to create a copy from from Production environment and create a new client.

In this new client we need to create new orgnization model but retain the same organisation structure from existing client.

Is it possible to do the same via RHMOVE50 and then make changes ?

Kindly let me know your suggestions ?
