I have to develop an interface in SAP CRM in which I am getting an input from non-SAP system. I have created a IDOC structure for the same. Function module corresponding to this IDOC has to update the Service request in SAP CRM. Could you please let me know if FM CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN, CRM_ORDER_SAVE and COMMIT will suffice the purpose?
