Helllo All,
When I create complain in CRM, we create upper item and for which we will have credit item. (G2N).
Requirement is, Credit item should create Credit memo in ECC.
I have configured it in CRM. and i am able to get G2N . But it is not creating the Credit memo in ECC.
Insted its give me an Error saying complain transaction type XXXX is not definned in ECC. I never wanted to let it create the complaint in ECC.
If i set the distribution lock, Credit item never attempt to replicate!!!!
Am i missing something here?
Please advice!
