Middleware adapter objects to replicate condition records from ECC to CRM

Hi SAPFolks,

I want to replicate the condition records for the material exclusion and material (product) substitution from

SAP ECC to SAP CRM 7.0 through the middleware. Please let me know the middleware adapter objects and

the steps that I can use to replicate these condition records from ECC to CRM.
