We see BDOCs getting stuck in error with the message "No Number exists for the Account Group 0170".
When analyzed the BP, we understand that since we use the standard BP role - "Consumer - CRM006" to create Consumer BPs in CRM system, the R/2 Account Group gets assigned automatically - This we see under the classification tab of the BP when the Consumer BP role is selected and is grayed out.
Please note that in PIDE tcode in ECC we have not maintained the linkage between Classication E (Consumer - Person) and the account group 0170.
Our ultimate objective is to clear the BDOCs in error status.
We did reverse analyze and understand that the linkage of account group 170 to the BP when the BP role - CRM006 is selected happens by SAP standard.
Since we don't want the consumers in ECC system - there is no Number range maintained for the A/c Group 0170 in ECC.
However, with the above setup we face BDOC error with the message "No Number exists for the Account Group 0170" in the CRM system.
Please suggest an approach to stop the flow of Consumer BPs.
