Delta of Sales Office, Sales Group from ECC to CRM

Hi expert,

    Now i want to create some new sales office/ sales group and also i will delete existing sales office/sales group.But when i go to 'CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE'. There is no related sales area on the upper ALV(maybe some error occured during initial download).So who can tell me what should i do to replicate newly created sales office/group from ECC to CRM.

1.      create or delete sales office/sales group in ECC.
2.      And what should i do in CRM to replicate the changes in step 1?
