Has any one worked on creating Campaigns in SAP CRM box via an INBOUND IDOC .
If So, Can you please share your experience with me.
It would be helpful, if anyone can pass on some documentation related to this.
We will be getting data From PI and need to replicate Campaign header fields in SAP CRM.
We are trying to use below configuration.
Bdoc Type :- MKTPL_MKTELEM
Basic Type :- CRMPCD_CAMPAIGN_SAVE01
Message Type:- CRMPCD_CAMPAIGN_SAVE
Function module :- IDOC_INPUT_CRMPCD_CAMPAIGN_SAV
And also Can you please give me an Idea how the data flows To/From SAP CRM box From/To PI.
I mean,
In case of INBOUND/OUTBOUND -> which gets created first IDOC or BDOC?
Is it mandatory to have BDOC setup to work with IDOC Mechanism in SAP CRM?
