Dear Experts,
We are working on a SAP CRM implementation on a major Telco company. We are in the phase of designing the different products/packages to be created in the system.
The product has different levesl: Main Products, Components, Rate Plans, etc. In order to be configurable (i.e. Bandwith: 10, 30 or 100 Megas) we assigned to one of the products (i.e. Internet) a Class and Characterstic through PME (Product modeler engine).
The only problem we have found out is that any of the Class that we have assigned to the product can be reused in other poduct. This is quite weird, because I am pretty sure that the standard functionality must allow this "reuse".
If this is correct...does someone know how to create/model the products in order the class is re-usable? Does someone have a clear procedure/document on how to create configuable materiales in SAP CRM 7.0?
