Order is not replicating to ECC

Hi Experts,

We are using SAP standard B2B application for sales order creation. We are continuously facing some issue in particular scenario order replication to ECC and stuck some where even distribution lock is removed and order/item status is completed. Bdoc is green, no application and no dump as well.

I could only figure out the system status "To Be Distributed" is set on the header and with in a second its deleted in order change log history.

For replicating order we user T-CODE CRM_ORDER and just change header text with space and  save the order then it went successfully to ECC without any issue.

Still I don't understand where is the problem. I also check some thread on SDN which says this issue is due custom configuration but for our scenario same user created more then 5 order where only one got stuck. Everyday we are getting 2 to 3 incident.

Please advice.
