FM to get Contact person and relation telephone mobile and email at ECC

HI Experts ,

I have requirement to get Contact Person Telephone , email and Mobile at ECC .

Is there any FM to get these information.

Following are my requirement explanation :

A. I have open transaction XD03

B. Enter Customer ID  then click on " contact tab "  and select any contact as shown in fig 1.

C. Select contact and double click on it and we can see Its "Telephone , mobile and email "

     I need to get and change this "Telephone , mobile and email " data using any BAPI or FM (i know table name )

D: I need to get and change the data of "Home address"  (I need BAPI/FM to get/change  Its telephone , mobile and email data )

Please help .....
