KNA1 to CRMKUNNR table replication

Hi All,

I have a issue regarding the replication of KUNNR number from KNA1 to CRMKUNNR table - both in same system ECC.

Firstly, I have created a customer in XD01 by giving the customer number -

So when ever a customer is created it is getting stored in KNA1 and should replicate in CRMKUNNR with same customer number and GUID.

This scenario is working fine for all scenarios using account groups.

But we have created a ZWEB account group - by using this account group customer number is not getting replicated in CRMKUNNR table.

What could be the reason - where to check the customization? do I need to implement any BADI/User exit?
