Delta Download for custom condition objects

Hi Experts,

Am having a doubt regarding the A* condition tables delta download.

I have created Z* adapter objects to download the custom condition tables and downloaded them from R/3 to CRM.

So for the new changes made for these custom A* tables in R/3 , will the data flow automatically after the initial load for the Z* adapter objects have been run?

Or we need run the intial load again to sync the data between R/3 and CRM for A* tables?

Please suggest.
