BP and Products Transfer from ECC to CRM

Hi Experts,

I am trying to Transfer BP's and Products from ECC to CRM in IDES System.

For that I have to follow Best Practices B09, C01, C03. But they seem too complicated.

I have made the remote log on from one system to another.

Can someone suggest me how to proceed further.
