Replicating user data from HR to CRM-user ID associated with the BUT000 is different from BP Trasanction- Identification data tab

Hi All,

First time employee we are replicating from HR system to CRM successfully but later if I change the same user second time and if I resend to CRM system its updating into HRP1001 table correctly but not in BUT000-XUBNAME but I can see the correct user in BP transaction– Identification data but it’s not updating to BUT000 table.

Is there any configuration we are missing or any set up or we need to reach to SAP, please guide me.
