system status is set to SLA Expired in CRM by AUTOSYS user, ECC -> CRM

Hi All,

 

In CRM Sales Request status is updating SLA Expired by AUTOSYS user.

 

Please find the below steps :

 

Creating sales request in CRM then a ERP sales order is create from CRM.

The sales request is set to complete status in CRM and the sales order has several steps to be completed status but meanwhile

if all the sales order steps are not completed status in ECC by SLA due data in CRM then the system status is set to SLA Expired in CRM by AUTOSYS user.

 

Can you please advise me is there any middle ware settings are missing or is there any inconsistence at item status level.


I am trying to put break point here CRM_BTX_EEW_DATAEXCH of badi CRM_DATAEXCHG_BADI.

BAdI CRM_DATAEXCHG_BADI -> Method CRM_DATAEXCH_AFTER_BAPI_FILL.

 

Where exactly I need to put breakpoint to see the status from ECC to CRM and how its replicating.
