We have TSM and ECC integration. When an activity is released in CRM, Rebate agreement with condition records are created in ECC. This is working fine.
Rebate condition records in rebate agreements in ECC are being created from TSM with value in Accruals field. This is causing the accruals being posted in ECC.
The design is accruals take place in TSM and not in ECC. So the value in accruals field in rebate condition must be zero.
The issue is happening intermittently, only in production system and not for every rebate agreement/material.
I checked the relevant configurations in TSM and ECC and everything seems good. So I thought there could be some integration issue which might be causing this problem.
