HR CRM ALE distribution modell for phone

Hello Colleagues,

Could you please help me that how is possible to set the distribution modell for cell phone (0105-0020 infotype subtype) copied to communication data on CRM BP side - from HR to CRM with ALE connection.

I can set the MAIL to email field but I have problem to transfer 9MOB for Cell phone number field.
