Hi Friends,
I got a queue stuck with SYSFAIL status in SMQ2 and error message says "Error in Mapping (Details: transaction SMW01)" and when I check the relevant bdoc in SMW01; error message says "No Hierarchy found for product XXXXX" and I did initial load with DNL_CUST_PROD1 to download the product hierarchies and tried to unlock this queue in SMQ2, but it's not processed and still in the same status (SYSFAIL). Please suggest me what kind of steps, I need to follow to process the queue in SMQ2 and bdoc in SMW01.
