Hi Everyone
we are using time-dependency on contact person relationships in our CRM System. When a contact person is set to invalid, the respective SD contact person in our ERP System is deleted. I know that this is SAP Standard behaviour, but can anyone tell me if we can avoid the deletion of the SD contact in ERP? These contact persons are assigned in SD sales orders, and when they are deleted, this leads to inconsistencies in our sales order.
