Error in system while copying the document Msg.No.CRM_ORDER_MISC 020

Hi Folks,

I am getting this error( Error in system while copying the document Msg.No.CRM_ORDER_MISC 020)while replicating quotation from CRM to ECC.

Issue log says' No customer is assigned to business partner ',Notification E CRM_BUPA_MAPPING 002)

I checked table CRMMM_BUT_CUSTNO on crm side,but no entry found for this customer

I tried using T-code:CRMM_BUPA_MAP but it didn't work.

Once I click on gather information in crmm_bupa_map a new request is created and is in running state in r3ar3.

Kindly suggest.
