We would like to implement C4C for an IT service company.
I am new to C4C, I have checked other post, but nothing relates to process for IT service company.
Instead of Salesforce, client want to implement SAP C4C as a standalone software.
Here the product is not material, it's the Consultant/Engineer.
Each day the product will differ based on the customer reuqirement.
Can the Enquiry/Quote and other sales process can be created directly in C4C.
- What would be the best practice for C4C implementation
- Is there specific procedure to follow for C4C process for IT service company
- Can you please explain the process to follow in C4C as an IT service company
