Problem in Tx:VL10B - Delivery not generated (CRM System is avalable)

Dear Friends,

We have upgraded our R/3 4.7 system to ECC 6. Now, we are unable to make delivery for Stock Transfer PO in Tx:VL10B (PO type is NB).

I given PO number and executes. List of purchase orders are displayed. Then, i choose all POs and press "Background" button to create delivery. After that "Item 000003" does not exist" Error has came.

We have CRM 2007 system. But, we dont want to replicate all sales documents to CRM system also.

Error Detail is:

Item 000002 does not exist

     Message no. VL331

Diagnosis

     Internal error.

Procedure

     Repeat the transaction.

     If the error occurs and you have a CRM System connected to your ERP

     System, the document may have been archived in the CRM System.

     If the error occurs again, inform your system administrator. If the

     error cannot be corrected, call the SAP Hotline directly. Describe which

     steps preceeded the error.

I have screen shot also.

Issue is urgent.
