Sales document Queue is in F05 (Information-no processing) status

Hi All,

 

Everyday some of the salesdocument queues are getting stuck in CRM Inbound(SMQ2). Reason is service order status is getting completed. Hence these queues are becoming in F05(information-no processing) state. We are manually deleting these queues. But because of these huge number of queues system performance is getting affected. The configuration entry is already maintained in SMOFPARSFA table in CRM. We also have a SAP Note 705650.
