Bdoc stills yellow status

Hello Gurus,

I'm facing a problem with a Bdoc in SAP CRM 7.0

Into transaction R3AR3 my Request Name stills in yellow status

Into transaction SMW01, the same case:

And when I review the SMQ1 into SAP R/3. I obtain the next message:

Set by Host name: ap1; Transaction: ; Report: SAPMSSY1

Message no. SR102

I didn't find a OSS note or documentation in de sap support portal, If anybody knows the solution, please share As Soon As Possible,
