i couldn't find a single document from SAP where would officially be clearly stated ---> 'If you have an EPR FI-CA Integration scenario, then in CRM you have to configure this & that, switch business functions XY, check ABC and so on'
There is stuff about interaction center but we do not use IC !! We plan to use UI business role FSAO_MANAGER - FS sales lead or any other NON-interaction center role, doesn't matter
Does somebody have a helpful link or advice for me?
