Custom Territory Attributes, not able to delete in customizing

Hello Experts,

i am facing an issue during the new custom attributes for territory rule.

Basically i create a new Condition group ZBP and 3 new custom attributes, the issue is that i am not able to delete them or the ZBP condition group, (see picture 2 below)

do you have any suggestion?

additionally it is better to create a new condition group and link there the new attributes or create the custom attributes under a standard condition group like i.e. BP?
