Getting Account XXXXX is currently blocked by user XXXXX

Hi Friends,

I am getting the below bdoc error message in SMW01, please help me on this why it's happening and what kind steps I should follow to resolve this middleware issue. Please help me on this issue.

"Account XXXXX is currently blocked by user XXXXX"
